Framework readiness engagements prepare your systems and evidence for review by your independent auditor, assessor, or counsel. We do not certify you for SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, or any other framework, and we do not guarantee audit or assessment outcomes.

Client engagements

Professional services are governed by separate statements of work, master services agreements, or other written contracts—not by these Site terms alone.

Acceptable use

• Probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site.
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure or violates others' rights.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ThunderCoders, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Pennsylvania will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Site, except where prohibited.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
