Privacy policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This policy describes how ThunderCoders, LLC (ThunderCoders®, “we,” “us”) handles personal information when you visit https://thundercoders.com, use our contact form, or otherwise interact with our marketing site. It does not govern software we build for clients under separate agreements.

Who we are

ThunderCoders, LLC is organized under the laws of Pennsylvania, United States. We are headquartered in Pennsylvania, United States and primarily serve clients in the United States. Questions about this policy: hello@thundercoders.com.

What we collect

  • Contact inquiries. Name, email, company, service interest, and message content when you submit our contact form.
  • Technical data. Standard server and security logs (for example IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) generated when you browse the site. Our host (https://thundercoders.com is served on Vercel) may process these logs to deliver and protect the service.
  • Cookie consent choice. We store your accept/decline preference in your browser's localStorage so we do not ask on every visit. We do not use this preference for advertising profiles.
  • reCAPTCHA. When configured, Google reCAPTCHA may process data to protect the contact form from abuse. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing in addition to ours.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on potential engagements.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • Comply with law and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the marketing site to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Processors and subprocessors

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including:

  • Resend — delivers email for contact form notifications and confirmations.
  • Google (reCAPTCHA) — optional abuse protection on the contact form.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and related infrastructure.
  • Sanity — content management for blog and marketing content (public published content; no visitor PII stored in Sanity from routine browsing).

We require appropriate agreements with vendors where applicable and limit sharing to what is needed to run the site and respond to you.

Retention

We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond, pursue a business relationship, or meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@thundercoders.com. We may need to verify your request. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

International visitors

Our site is operated from the United States. If you access it from other regions, your information may be processed in the U.S. or where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be noted on this page.
